1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using our websites or services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You operate, or intend to operate, a legitimate business
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

2. Nature of services

American Leverage builds non-US founders a compliant US base: identification (the ITIN), a US company and address, documentation, introductions to banking relationships, and a credit profile, followed by credit card applications. We also offer the ITIN service on its own.

We are not a bank, lender, credit union or financial institution. We do not issue loans, credit lines or financial products. Bank accounts, credit cards and credit limits are decided by the issuing institutions.

3. The guarantee, and what it is not

The only guarantee we make is the one written into your signed service agreement: for the done-for-you service, the credit card approval. If the card does not land, you are refunded under the conditions in your agreement, which include making the banking trip, running an active business and funding your own US accounts.

We do not guarantee a specific credit limit, a specific date or timeline, a specific card product or bank, the value of any rewards, or any business outcome. Client results shown on our websites are individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of your result. The ITIN service is a filing service and carries no guarantee of any banking or credit outcome.

4. Not financial, legal or tax advice

All content and services are for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on our websites or in our sessions constitutes financial, legal, investment, tax or immigration advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

5. User obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in all interactions with us
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity, business or financial situation
• Not attempt to circumvent, hack or disrupt our websites or systems
• Not reproduce, distribute or commercialise our proprietary content without written permission

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, videos, logos and materials provided during an engagement, is the property of Elevate Global LLC, doing business as American Leverage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Global LLC, doing business as American Leverage and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our websites or services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our websites and services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Third-party services

Our services involve third-party platforms, banks and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, terms or decisions of any third party. Any engagement with a third party is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms and policies.

10. Text messages

If you opt in on our application form, we may send you text messages about your application, your call booking and rebooking after a missed call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, as applicable.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our websites or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
