Elevate Global LLC, doing business as American Leverage ("American Leverage," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our website (americanleverage.com, including its /funnel pages) or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Personal information you give us when you apply for or use our services:
- Full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country of residence
- Business description, monthly business spend, banking and credit setup, and your reasons for applying
- Financial information relevant to your US business infrastructure goals, such as existing banking relationships and business structure
- Government-issued identification and identification numbers where required for the service you purchase, such as your passport for an ITIN application, and your ITIN or EIN once issued
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we do not store card numbers)
- Communication records including emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes
Technical and usage data
We automatically collect certain non-personal information when you visit our websites:
- IP address, browser type and operating system
- Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs and campaign parameters
- Device identifiers and session data
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the SMS consent box on our application form, American Leverage (Elevate Global LLC) may send text messages to the mobile number you provided. We use text messages for three things only: to follow up on the application you submitted, to schedule and remind you about your call with us, and to rebook if a call is missed. We do not send promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the application process. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@americanleverage.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying or of purchasing any service.
We record the date, time, page and wording of your consent so we can prove it if asked. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

2. How we use your information
- To provide, personalise and improve our consulting, filing and implementation services
- To communicate with you about your application, your account and service delivery
- To schedule and conduct calls and meetings
- To assess eligibility and tailor our guidance to your situation
- To process payments and issue receipts
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
- To send relevant marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract performance: to deliver the services you have purchased or requested
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our business, prevent fraud, and communicate with prospects
- Legal compliance: to meet obligations under applicable laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the FTC Act and applicable state privacy laws
- Consent: where you have explicitly agreed, such as for marketing communications
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Service providers who assist us with payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (iClosed), customer relationship management (Close), automation (Zapier), video hosting and analytics (Vidalytics), email delivery and hosting, under data-processing agreements
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order or government regulation
- A successor business in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
5. Advertising measurement
Our websites use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure advertising. The Pixel collects technical data in your browser; the Conversions API sends the same events from our server, including your IP address, browser user agent and, where you have given them to us, hashed versions of your email address, phone number, name and country. Meta Platforms, Inc. processes this data under its own policies. You can control cookies through your browser and opt out of personalised advertising through Meta's ad settings.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to perform our contracts with you, or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority
8. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including encrypted data transmission, access controls and regular reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older operating active businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Third-party links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we revise the date at the top of this page.
